Date and walnut oat balls (RECIPE)

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Dates
  • 1 Cup Walnuts
  • 1 Cup Rolled Oats
  • Water
  • 1 tsp Mixed Spice
  • Cocoa for Dusting

Instructions

  1. Put dates in a saucepan, add water, spice and mixed peel, simmer to soften
  2. Put into a food processor with walnuts and oats
  3. Blend until thick and it forms a paste
  4. Form into small balls and lightly dust with cocoa powder
  5. Refrigerate
